The J.C. Ritchey Co. LLC has a 10 day return policy. You have 10 days to return your purchase. You must first call and get an authorization from our customer service department. Once the product is returned in its original packing and in the original condition that it was shipped out in, we will then issue a credit to your account, less the original cost of shipping and insurance. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
If you receive a damaged package, please report this to our customer service department within 2 business days and we will advise you how to proceed. Hold all containers and packing materials since claims cannot be made without these original cartons.
Equipment or products termed as re-conditioned or re-manufactured by The J.C. Ritchey Co. LLC is warranted for a period of six months. All electronics and bulbs are not warranted.
